My art is about seeing. Seeing particular people as they are by portraying their vibes, their souls, their hearts, and their journeys, as well as the whole of reality through my individual lens — by exploring visual and metaphorical representations of phenomenology, consciousness, and what it means to be alive and exist in this world.

My most important goal as an artist is to become better and better at creating art that is as true as possible to who I am, that feels real, that resonates deeply with what exists at the core of me. And to let it allow me to feel seen by others, and others to feel seen in our shared human experience.

My most important creative practice is to listen:

All of that being said, I also love making weird silly stuff just for fun! I primarily use Procreate to make digital drawings and paintings, but I also use watercolors, gouache, and pen and paper. Outside of making art, I spend a lot of time meditating, reading, traveling, walking in nature, and hanging out with friends :)
